Saccharomyces
boulardii is yeast derived from genus Sacchromyces. Under controlled conditions
of fermentation the yeast sacchromyces yield the products Saccharomyces boulardii.

boulardii is a probiotics & non-colonizing yeast species which is not related
to the yeast group belonging to candida. Saccharomyces boulardii takes shelter
