Jute
Enzymes The
downgrading of Jute fibre is the result of incomplete retting of Jute plants with
residual pectin-hemicellulose gum occurring on the strands of such fibre and forming
barky root end. Fibres of such quality create a great hindrance in the way of
producing fine yarns and fabric. Thus Poor spinning and weaving affect productivity
of Jute mills in turn hamper the cost-competitiveness of the jute. What
is Goldenz-EB?
So far the benefits of Enzymes in Jute are well
know to most the Jute Processor but the benefits of Bacteria are yet to be thoroughly
explored. During piling operation, a biochemical reaction occurs with the help
of certain Inherent Bacteria and Enzymes but those are not sufficient to give
the desired softening effect. Goldenz-EB
is a synergistic combination of scientific blend of Enzymes and Specific Bacterias.
Enzymes like Pectinase, Xylanase and hemicellulase assists by breaking the gummy
substances like Lignins, Pectins, Xylans and other natural plant polymers, which
forms the barky texture of the Jute. Whereas,
specific Bacteria present in Goldenz-EB utilizes
the products, which are released after Enzymatic action and further continues
the process of Jute Softening. This brings about ideal softening of barky tissue,
in order to loosen the bondage and that helps for easy removal of cementing portion. |
