Training and Development
We believe that every individual within the organization require training to develop themselves personally and along with the same to meet up the company’s objective.
Thus we have 21 day training (for 1 year) for every employee.
Training needs are decided with help of appraisals and every individuals IDP (Individual Development Plan)
Feedback and Appraisal Process
We have quarterly feedback and a bi yearly appraisal process in place. This gives the employee a chance to work on his development areas. Along with this the managers are able to pick up their upcoming employees and determine the retention strategies for the excellent performers this also leads to talent management process.
