TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Product Information:
SEBrite DI is a unique blend of different enzymes. It improves the deinking of recovered paper pulps. SEBrite DI works by decreasing the specific surface area of the fibres and thereby reducing interaction with ink contaminants. SEBrite Di induces a cutting action and reduces the adhesion of ink particles.

Enzyme Inactivation:
4. SEBrite DI can be inactivated by raising the pH above 11.0 or temperature above 110 0C or by combination of both.
5. Oxidizers like hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite can also be used to inactivate SEBrite DI.
6. The enzyme ultimately gets inactivated in the dryers at the paper machine or pulp dryer with no detectable residual
enzyme activity in the final manufactures paper.

Enzymatic Deinking Technology:

*Every mill has unique conditions of the fiber furnish, pulping conditions and deinking sequence. Application protocols for SEBrite DI will be optimized to best suit your specific process. Our expert Technical team can assist you in “optimization”.

Storage:
SEBrite DI should be stored under cool conditions. Avoid direct sunlight. SEBrite DI retains 90% of its original activity after six months if stored under 250C.

Packaging:
SEBrite DI is available in 5 kg and 30 kg drums.

Safety & Handling :
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 10 minutes.
